REFLECTION

Experience:
I find this project to be a very interesting process. The reason we chose LEGO as our material is that we have a lot of LEGO pieces readily available at home, and it happens to eliminate the need to spend money on other materials. All we need to do is come up with a story. Initially, we brainstormed ideas using LEGO sets depicting concerts, hospitals, and amusement parks. We decided on an amusement park as the backdrop and crafted a story of a hero rescuing a damsel in distress. On the day of the shoot, everything went smoothly. Worried that the video might be too short, we filmed additional scenes as a backup. For lighting, we utilized equipment provided by the school. After the shoot, I decided to record a few dialogue segments to incorporate into the final product. My teammate took charge of editing and adding music. Overall, it was a very enjoyable learning process.

Findings:
This project has taught me how to convey messages to the audience using various camera angles, and I've come to understand the importance of proper lighting. With a plethora of materials at our disposal, it was sometimes challenging to maintain focus, so we had to constantly ensure that the camera was centered on the protagonist. Moreover, the filming process helped cultivate our patience and logical reasoning skills. I am grateful for the guidance and assistance provided by Mr.Matin.
